Why I started HannaTrip
After years of using messy spreadsheets and forum threads to plan trips, I started writing down what actually worked — starting with the eSIM setup that saved me from a $200 roaming bill in Portugal.
The first post on any travel blog is usually the same story, so I’ll keep this short: I travel a lot, I got tired of re-researching the same things every trip, and I wanted a place to put what I’ve actually learned.
Connectivity is where most people get stuck first, so that’s where a lot of the early content will focus.
Since then I've written up some of the specific lessons: eSIM mistakes I made and what I wish I knew before my first digital nomad trip.
